Sage is an incredible realtor! She was able to sell our Townhome for top dollar in a hard market, and she got us into an amazing house with all the concessions we needed, and was able to fantastically negotiate our inspection requests and appraisal differences. The best part about Sage is that she truly goes above and beyond, and you can tell that through 100% of the process she had our best interests at heart. She made sure before, during, and after all our transactions that we were well taken care of. I couldn't imagine having gone through this process with anyone else. 10 out of 10 would recommend!
